Our technically competent workforce adheres to API registered processes to provide our customers with the experience required to provide high levels of product reliability and traceability.  In addition, our workforce and processes are flexible allowing a quick response to dynamically changing customer requirements.

With any level of customer supplied information, the Primary Sourcing team can develop a fully documented manufacturing process and build the product using either labor only support or provide full turnkey assemblies.

As part of the CST Group, Primary Sourcing can leverage support from Masterpiece Machine and Sensorwise Engineering to rapidly improve the time to market of your projects.

Manufacturing Capabilities Summary:

• Manufacture of down-hole tools (Wireline, MWD,LWD), tongs, control systems, sensors, field test carts and other complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Our 90,000 square foot facility is sub-divided into individual suites for specific customers and/or manufacturing processes to safeguard process and customer confidentiality.
• Processes include soldering, wiring, sub and final assembly, mechanical assembly, hydraulic assembly and in-house leak testing.
